How fast can someone start?
Three profiles within 48 hours of a scoped request. Interviews in days 3 to 5. Start date within 7 days of the brief. If the role is unusual, we tell you upfront that it will take longer instead of sending weak profiles on time.
Who is the legal employer?
Maestro Tech Solutions Nig Ltd employs every person in Nigeria and runs payroll, taxes, statutory benefits, and HR. You sign one contract with Maestro Innovations LLC, a Texas company, and pay one USD invoice. You do not need a Nigerian entity or a foreign payroll, and Nigerian statutory termination obligations sit with us as the employer.
What if it is not a fit?
In the first two weeks, we replace them or you pay nothing. After that, replacements carry no recruiting fee and billing is month to month with 30 days of notice. We would rather lose the seat than fight about it.
What time zones do they work?
Lagos is UTC+1. Minimum 4 hours of daily overlap with US Central or Eastern is guaranteed, and most of our people work full US hours. Assistants typically work your full business day.
How does payment work?
Monthly, in advance, on net-7 terms. Card or ACH in USD to Maestro Innovations LLC in Houston. One invoice, itemized by person. No currency conversion on your side and no international wire fees.
