Maestro Innovations LLC (Houston, Texas) operates this website and is the controller of personal data submitted through it. Maestro Tech Solutions Nig Ltd (Lagos, Nigeria) is a wholly owned subsidiary and processes candidate and delivery data on our behalf.

Through the hire request form: your name, work email, company name (optional), the role or engagement type you selected, your company size, your timeline, and the free-text description you write.

Through the US talent intake form: your email, the role needed, location requirement, duration, and an optional budget range.

Through the careers, internship, and training application forms: the contact details, background information, and any documents you choose to attach.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

To respond to your enquiry, source and send candidate profiles, prepare quotes, and administer an engagement if one begins.

Our lawful basis is the performance of, or steps toward, a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

Resend, our email delivery provider, transmits form submissions to our inbox.

Google Firebase hosts application and job data where applicable.

Our hosting provider stores server logs and a fallback record of submissions.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data is processed in the United States and in Nigeria. If you are contacting us from outside those countries, including from the UK or the EEA, your data will be transferred to and stored in them. Transfers between Maestro Innovations LLC and Maestro Tech Solutions Nig Ltd are covered by intra-group contractual terms.

Enquiries and quote requests: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.

Job, internship, and training applications: up to 12 months after a decision, unless you ask us to keep you on file for longer.

Engagement records: for the life of the engagement plus the period required by US and Nigerian tax and employment law.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing of it.

If you are in Nigeria, you also have rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. If you are in the UK or the EEA, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
