Fixed-Price Projects

Have a project, not a payroll?

Fixed-scope, fixed-price engagements for US individuals and small businesses. One quote, one timeline, one handover. No monthly seat, no headcount, no recruiting.

Fixed quote within 48 hours of a scope call. 50% to start, 50% on delivery, in USD, on a US contract.

  • Fixed quote in 48 hours
  • You own code, files, and accounts
  • Scope changes quoted before work continues
  • US contract. USD invoicing. Texas jurisdiction.

Starting prices

What we build, and where the pricing starts.

These are floors, not estimates dressed up as floors. Your quote lands on a number after the scope call, and then it does not move.

Process

Four steps, and you know the price at step two.

01

Scope call

30 minutes. We ask what done looks like, what already exists, and what you are not willing to change.

02

Fixed quote in 48 hours

A written scope, a fixed price, a milestone schedule, and a list of what is explicitly out of scope.

03

Milestone delivery

You see working output at each milestone, not a status update. Feedback happens while changes are still cheap.

04

You own everything

Code, design files, domains, accounts, and credentials transfer to you at handover. No hostage hosting.

Payment

50% to start. 50% on delivery.

  • USD, invoiced by Maestro Innovations LLC in Houston
  • Card or ACH, net-7 terms
  • US contract under Texas jurisdiction
  • Larger builds split across milestones instead

Guarantee

Fixed quote means fixed.

The number in the quote is the number on the invoice. If you want something that was not in the written scope, we price it, you approve it, and only then does anyone start building it.

  • Out-of-scope items listed explicitly in the quote
  • Changes quoted in writing before work continues
  • No hourly overage billing, ever

Turning into ongoing work?

If the same work comes back every week, a monthly seat costs less than repeat project quotes. A full-time VA runs $1,299 a month, a mid-level engineer $2,500.

Want to see the work first?

Three build breakdowns with the stack, the timeline, and what actually shipped. Written up in full, including the parts that were harder than expected.

Before you send the brief.

What does fixed price actually mean here?

The quote covers the scope in the written document. If you add to that scope, we quote the addition separately and you approve it before we continue. We never send a surprise invoice at the end.

How do payments work?

50% to start, 50% on delivery. USD, paid to Maestro Innovations LLC in Houston by card or ACH. Larger projects can be split across milestones instead.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from handover. Repositories, design files, hosting, domains, and any third-party accounts we set up in your name transfer to you. We keep nothing that would force you to come back.

What if I need ongoing help after launch?

Two options. A small support retainer, or a monthly seat if the work becomes continuous. If it is turning into a job rather than a project, a monthly seat is usually cheaper.

How long does a project take?

A data cleanup is usually days. A business website is 3 to 5 weeks. A mobile MVP is 8 to 12 weeks. The quote states the timeline and the milestone dates.

Describe the project. Get a fixed number in 48 hours.

If we are not the right fit for it, we will say so on the scope call rather than quote it anyway.
