You are assigned to a real project team (e.g., helping build a fintech app, managing cloud data, or supporting a branding campaign).
The Safety Net
You work for the client, but you report to us. You'll have regular "Brush-Up" sessions with Maestro Senior Tech Leads to review your code, answer your questions, and ensure you are delivering quality work.
Full-Time Transition
The goal is simple. Gain the skills, prove your value, and transition into a full-time Senior Engineer role with Maestro or our partners.
